Our X-large monogram straw basket bag features soft handles, woven from the same water hyacinth as the traditional basket. These monogram baskets have been woven in the same Thai village from the choking river weed, the water hyacinth. It is cleared from the rivers then dried and the outer layers stripped to reveal the blond center. The village then weaves the strands into these designs. The bag is dressed with your choice ribbon and monogrammed medallion style.
